Help patients feel
less alone in healthcare.

At Simbioza, we support patients and families through complex healthcare moments with calm, coordinated, human-first advocacy.

When someone is sick, the burden isn't only medical—it's also emotional and logistical. Families are trying to understand diagnoses, coordinate providers, manage follow-ups, and make decisions under stress. We're building a care-navigation experience that restores clarity and confidence, led by trained professionals who bring both empathy and clinical rigor.

We're hiring across three roles.

About the role

As a Simbioza Patient Advocate (RN), you'll support patients and families navigating complex healthcare journeys. You'll bring clinical judgment, calm guidance, and practical coordination to moments that can feel overwhelming.

What you'll do
  • Help patients prepare for appointments and understand next steps
  • Coordinate across providers, referrals, tests, and follow-ups
  • Review records and summarize key clinical information in plain language
  • Support safe transitions (e.g., discharge follow-up planning)
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure continuity and clear handoffs
What we're looking for
  • Active RN license in good standing (U.S.)
  • 3+ years clinical experience (case management/care coordination a plus)
  • Strong communication and patient-first empathy
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable in remote workflow
  • Comfortable using digital tools (secure messaging, productivity tools)

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RN advocates
  • Develop and maintain care-navigation protocols and quality standards
  • Support complex cases and escalation paths when clinical judgment is needed
  • Review documentation practices for clarity, safety, and consistency
  • Partner with leadership on training, onboarding, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
  • Active NP license in good standing (U.S.)
  • 5+ years clinical experience (care coordination, primary care, geriatrics, or complex case management a plus)
  • Experience mentoring or supervising clinicians
  • Strong patient communication skills and ability to simplify complexity
  • Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled care model

What we're looking for
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare admin, care coordination, or patient services
